The International Bank draftis sometimes referred to as an international money order, International Bank Drafts can be deposited directly into a foreign bank account.If the amount is for a large sum, it may be better to use a currency broker and have them make the currency exchange, then transfer the foreign currency to the beneficiary’s bank.
• A Foreign Currency Draft can be used to pay your suppliers or vendors internationally. Although, these are less common now. Most businesses prefer to use a currency exchange broker as the exchange rate is usually better.
